Delivery/Set-Up/Reuse/Collection Fee - This fee is always additional to the retail prices provided with an estimate. The additional fee is calculated based on travel time, location, florists time, packing goods for secure transit, loading/unloading, use of vehicle (sometimes additional vehicle hire is required), fuel, goods in transit insurances, reuse/waiting time, disposal of green waste etc.
Disposal of floral arrangements is not included. We highly recommend you take home or gift the flowers to prevent us charging a disposal fee (taken from Insurance Security Deposit. The fee helps pay for commercial waste disposal and time.
