However, we can assure you that we’re working our hardest to deliver your important gifts, messages and sentiments. We want to be sure that you’re happy with us and our flowers; If we make a mistake, we’ll make up for it by providing a free replacement (collect from Workshop) to ensure you’re taken care of appropriately, based on the nature of the faulty flower.
