Medium/Large Event Enquiry 

Our customised designer event option is ideal for people who love Bearded Florista's style and are looking for help with creating a dream vision into reality. We'll manage all the details for your special day, including a dedicated consultation team, sketches if required, demonstration of ideas, hire of sundries, location visits, delivery, set-up/installation, Reuse of items from one venue to another and clear-up/packing/tidy collection. We won't hold you to every answer and if you don't know, simply note TBC.

This option is ideal for:
• medium to large events
• full installation of all events
• specific florals tailored for you

Our customised Full Event Flowers Option requires a minimum budget of £1,000 (delivery/set-up extra) (based on experience and knowledge of average costs). To confirm your event date with Bearded Florista requires a †booking fee of £350. Please complete and submit the following enquiry form. *Required fields or the form will not send

†booking fee is not a deposit and is non refundable. The fee Bearded Florista receives is a payment towards your Event flowers service and is deducted from your final balance. The fee is for services provided, such as time spent discussing ideas, emails, phone calls, estimates, invoices, potential site visits and sketches/photos if requested. Any sketches/images remain the intellectual property/copyright of Bearded Florista. The booking fee might be higher for particular dates such as Mothers Day weekend, Easter, Christmas/New Year and other Bank Holidays and large scale Events.
